Founded in 1987, the company is one of the leading distributors of marine and diesel generator parts to the Philippine Navy and National Power Corporation. In 2004, the companyexpanded its market entering the Aviation Industry by supplying aircraft parts, components and other related support items to the Philippine Air Force, and was later on rebranded to Singel Aeromarine Incorporated, a distributor not only to the military aviation but to the commercial industry as well.

Singel Aeromarine Inc. opened a branch in Vancouver, Canada in 2010, further expanding its capabilities and support services to the Philippine Airforce, Navy, Army, Coas guard, and commercial market. Eight years later, Singel Aerospace Inc. was formed and under its new management, the company acquires local distributorship to rotary aircraft parts and components such as MD-500 and UH-1H helicopters, and has established a battery repair station and currently building a Rolls Royce RR250 Engineoverhauling facility.
